      The Series 710 Relay Rack is a two-post, floor-anchored open-frame rack manufactured from 12 gauge (.105″) cold-rolled steel with a 5″ × 3½″ × ¼″ angle-iron base. All standard configurations (24RU, 44RU, 48RU, 52RU) carry a 1,500 lb static load rating, ship fully welded and fully assembled, and mount equipment to the EIA/ECA-310 19″ rack standard. Finish is textured powder coat in Black, White, or Grey. Manufactured in Laval, Quebec and backed by a 10-year warranty.

      Mounting is configurable at order: uprights are tapped 10-32 at standard EIA spacing on both sides (RK1FR2 series) or punched with square holes for cage-nut hardware (RK1FC2 series). Numbered RU markings are available by changing the final digit of the part number from 0 to 1. Side-wall holes support cable management accessories and rack-to-rack ganging, and a separate two-post-to-four-post conversion kit (RKDKCV-250242) is available for deeper equipment loads. Custom widths, additional heights, and non-standard finishes are available on request.

          2-Post to 4-Post Conversion Kit RKDKCV-250242 joins two Series 710 racks into a 4-post structure for deeper equipment loads. Supplied with 4 external brackets, 4 internal brackets, 16 truss-head screws, and 8 sets of 5/16″ hex bolts, washers, and nuts. Approx. 21.9 lb. Racks not included.
          Custom Heights and Widths Non-standard heights, widths, and depths available on request.
          Custom Colors Custom RAL colors available on request beyond the three standard options.
