The Series 5000 Server Cabinet is a fully welded 14-gauge cold-rolled steel enclosure rated for 3,000 lbs static load. Available in six configurations spanning 42RU to 48RU with 42″ or 48″ depth options, each model ships fully assembled with perforated front door, split perforated rear doors, two quick-release side panels, adjustable cage-nut mounting rails, and a Universal Accessory Channel (UAC) for tool-less vertical accessory mounting. Certified to CSA C22.2 No. 60950-1 / No. 62368-1 and designed to EIA/ECA-310-E rack standards with TIA-942 data center reference. Backed by a 10-year structural warranty. Manufactured in Laval, Quebec, Canada.

The Series 5000’s distinguishing feature is its tool-less accessory system: the UAC accepts PDUs, vertical cable managers, and other accessories without hardware or tools, allowing facilities teams to reconfigure mounting positions in the field. Door types include perforated, solid, acrylic, split, and custom options. The removable top cover integrates cable brush entry, chimney cutout, and four fan positions for active or passive cooling. Bottom cable entry uses dual double-brush panels (4″ × 8″). Non-standard widths and depths are available on request.
