Fully Welded 14-Gauge Steel Network Rack — 24RU to 48RU, 30″ Wide Frame, 36″ to 48″ Depth, 3,000 lb Static Load Capacity

The Series 4000 Network Cabinet is a fully welded, 14-gauge cold rolled steel enclosure built for high-density cabling environments. Certified to CSA C22.2 No. 70950-1 and compliant with EIA/ECA-310-E rack standards, the line includes 18 standard configurations across two sub-lines: 10 models with metal vertical cable managers (CB4KNW) and 8 models with high-density rail-mounted cable management (CB4KNH). All cabinets feature a 30″ wide frame with 27 3/16″ usable width, rack unit options from 24RU to 48RU, and depth options of 36″, 42″, and 48″ (CB4KNW only for 48″). Rated for 3,000 lbs static load capacity. Approximate weight ranges from 217 lbs (CB4KNH-272436) to 430 lbs (CB4KNW-274848). Finished in textured powder coat (black, white, or grey). Ships fully assembled with a 10-year warranty. Manufactured in Laval, Quebec.

Adaptability is engineered into the platform. Six door types (perforated, solid, louvered, acrylic, split, and custom) allow facilities teams to match airflow and security requirements per rack. Two pairs of adjustable 19″ EIA cage-nut mounting rails with integrated cable pass-throughs provide flexible equipment positioning; all CB4KNH models and select CB4KNW models (44RU and 48RU at 42″ depth) ship with reinforced mounting rails. A Universal Accessory Channel (UAC) accepts PDUs, vertical cable managers, and third-party accessories without tools. The top cover includes four 6″ fan cutouts with removable cover plates and a chimney cutout for directed exhaust, supporting hot aisle/cold aisle containment strategies. Rail-to-rear clearance is 17 25/32″ across all configurations. Non-standard widths, depths, and configurations are available on request.
