          The Home Automation Security Cabinet is a fully welded 16-gauge cold rolled steel enclosure available in four height configurations from 18RU to 42RU, all on a 24 × 24″ footprint. Each unit ships fully assembled with two pairs of 19″ EIA-standard cage nut mounting rails, locking Plexiglas front door, locking solid rear door, removable locking side panels, leveling feet with isolation pads, and 2″ swivel casters rated at 250 lbs each.           Four cabinet heights accommodate deployments from compact residential AV racks to full-height security and automation installations. Ventilation is provided through top, bottom, and side cooling openings with provisions for 4″ fan cutouts. Top and bottom panels include cable access openings for structured wiring. Available in black (-BK), white (-WH), and gray (-GY) powder coat finishes. Custom configurations and low-noise fan upgrades are available on request.

          19″ Cage Nut Mounting Rails Two pairs of EIA-standard 19″ mounting rails with 10-32 cage nut pattern. 24 cage nuts and 24 truss head machine screws (10-32 × 1/2″) shipped loose.
          Locking Plexiglas Front Door Swing-handle Plexiglas door with integrated lock. Allows visual equipment monitoring without opening the enclosure.
          Locking Solid Rear Door Steel rear door with swing handle and lock for secure rear access to cabling and connections.
          Removable Locking Side Panels Two side panels with lock. Tool-free removal for lateral access during installation and maintenance.
          2″ Swivel Casters Four 2″ swivel casters rated at 250 lbs each. Mounted on dedicated caster support brackets for stability.
          Steel-Base Leveling Feet Four 3/8-16 threaded steel-base levelers with isolation pads. Provide vibration dampening and precise height adjustment.
          Front Mount Vented Shelf One 2RU (3.5″) front-mount vented shelf, lip down. Supports equipment ventilation from below.
          Top & Bottom Cable Access Top and bottom cover plates with provisions for cable entry and routing. Four covers included per cabinet.
          Fan Cutout Cover Plates Two 4″ fan cutout cover plates. Removable for fan installation or additional airflow.
