Fully Welded 14-Gauge Steel Broadcast Cabinets — 24RU to 48RU, 30″ or 36″ Depth, 1,500 lb Load Capacity
The Electron Metal Broadcast Cabinet is a fully welded 14-gauge cold-rolled steel enclosure available in 24RU, 44RU, and 48RU configurations with 30″ or 36″ depth options. Each unit ships fully assembled with four tapped 10-32 mounting rails (1.25″ width, 19″ EIA-310 spacing), a perforated rear door with swing handle, perforated top cover, two locking side panels, one vertical cable management (UAC) channel, and three aluminum tie bars. Rated for 1,500 lb static load capacity. Finished in textured powder coat (Black, White, or Grey). Manufactured in Laval, Quebec. Backed by a 10-year warranty.
Six standard configurations span 48″ to 90″ overall height with usable depths of 28.75″ (30″ models) or 34.75″ (36″ models). Door options include solid, perforated, louvered, acrylic, split, thermal, and custom designs. Side panels are available in solid, perforated, louvered, or custom configurations. Top covers can be swapped between open, solid, or fan-equipped variants. Widths beyond the standard 22″ are available on request.
