Quality Control Position
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyze the order, the drawings and the customer's requirements
- Ensuring parts comply (WIP/Finished Product) with quality standards
- Inspect certain raw materials, cabinets, racks, consoles and checking, point by point, each of the specifications of the order
- Notify the team leader – in manufacturing, assembly, painting and packaging of any non-compliance that may need to be scrapped, reworked or replaced
- Complete and put your initials on the “Job Traveller”
- Run the various tests required for the washing and rinsing section
- Make the necessary adjustments to the washing and rinsing solutions pending the results of the various tests

- Responsible for addressing internal and external nonconformities & issuing required RMA’s & RW’s
- Responsible for ensuring that RMA’s meet return conditions and meet quality standards before returning them to inventory
- Responsible for checking and controlling several equipment for testing and measuring issued to users
- Responsible for calibrating the equipment for testing and measuring
- Responsible for creating and maintaining packaging standards
- Responsible for the maintenance of an updated MSDS binder for the factory
- Conduct internal and external audits and collaborate on third-party audits
- Responsible for maintenance and ensuring that ALL procedures comply with the company's quality system
Required Skills
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Ability to work with Microsoft programs to perform simple calculations & issue various reports
- Team player and have organizational sense, manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Experience with internal and external audits
